Refund & Cancellation

1. Very Short Cancellation Window: You have only 2 working days after purchase to cancel.

2. Significant Fee: Cancelling an order costs a 25% administrative fee.

3. No Refund After Shipping: Once your order is dispatched, you can no longer cancel it.

How to Cancel:

1. You must cancel within 2 working days of placing your order.

Cancellation Fees:

1. A 25% administrative fee will be charged on the order value (excluding delivery charges).

2. This fee is deducted from your refund to cover processing costs.
